As Grow feels that education must always be thought about in balance with wellbeing, Grow’s Education Director and Mindfulness practitioner, Jess Heyworth Dunne, has created Balance.  Balance sessions bring together a combination of growth mindset, mindfulness and a range of techniques to help young people manage the anxieties and stresses that are so often part of their education experience. Jess works with each student and, based on their unique needs, will create individually tailored sessions to support each young person in feeling a greater sense of Balance in education and wellbeing.
